The Estate Planning and Tax Group has the knowledge, experience and resources to assist its clients in implementing the most beneficial strategies available under current law. The laws governing estates and trusts have become increasing complex. One reason is recent, major changes in the estate tax laws which affect planning at both state and federal levels. More changes lie ahead. Now more than ever, an individual's estate plan must be carefully constructed to ensure that his or her wishes are fulfilled. The mission of our Estate Planning and Tax Group is to aptly assist our clients with the implementation of those desires in a tax efficient manner.

With six attorneys, the Estate Planning and Tax Group is the largest practice group of its kind in Indian River County and possesses the knowledge and resources to advise their clients on the most sophisticated estate and tax planning opportunities available under the law. The attorneys in the Estate Planning and Tax Group, collectively, have over one hundred years of legal experience and five graduate law degrees (Master of Laws/LL.M.) in Taxation or Estate Planning.
