GCF Welcomes Anthony Guettler to the Firm
Gould Cooksey Fennell is pleased to announce the addition of Attorney Anthony P. Guettler. Mr. Guettler joins GCF's Estate Planning and Tax Group, which now consists of six attorneys with a concentrated focus on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and related areas of taxation. This group of attorneys, collectively, carries over 100 years of experience and five graduate law degrees (Master of Laws/LL.M.) in Taxation or Estate Planning. Mr. Guettler has represented individuals with complex business and real estate holdings in structuring their estate plans, including multi-generational business succession planning. In addition, he also represented financial institutions and individuals with various fiduciary administration matters.
Mr. Guettler, a native of Fort Pierce, recently earned his graduate law degree (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Florida's Levin College of Law with high honors. He previously acquired his Juris Doctor degree, with high honors, from University of Florida Levin College of Law and graduated with highest honors from University of Florida Warrington College of Business where he earned a B.A. degree in Finance. He is a past vice-president and president of the Port St. Lucie Bar Association and also served on the Board of Trustees for the St. Lucie County Law Library.
