Sandra G. Rennick is a lifelong resident of Vero Beach, Florida.  She serves as chair of the firm's Business & Commercial Enterprise Group and is a member of the Finance & Institutional Lending Group and the Real Property Group.  Ms. Rennick has over ten years of practice experience dedicated to the areas of business and commercial enterprise, lending and finance, residential and commercial real estate acquisition and development, and condominium and homeowner association representation.  Recent commercial condominium and medical office facility projects of note include Heron Pointe Medical Center, Grove Place Surgery Center, TMT FEE Condominium, and Sebastian River Center Condominium.

Ms. Rennick graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 1998 where she was a chief member of the Honor Court.  She attended Davidson College for her undergraduate studies, and her accomplishments included being named as a Davidson Scholar. Ms. Rennick also attended the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, Madrid, Spain, where she gained fluency in the Spanish language.

Ms. Rennick maintains professional memberships in the Indian River County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and the Indian River County Real Property Council, having also served as its past-president.  Ms. Rennick is also a member of the Business Section and Real Property, Probate, & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and the Florida Bankers Association.  She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Ms. Rennick's community involvement includes service on the Board of Dollars for Scholars of Indian River County, and legal counsel to the Indian River Symphonic Association.  She is a past Board Member of Indian River County Habitat for Humanity and is now a member of Habitat's Advisory Board and Planned Giving Committee.
