The Real Property Group ("RPG") represents several institutional lenders and routinely participates as lender legal counsel in connection with the processing and closing of commercial loans. Representative projects include the initial development and refinancing of commercial shopping plazas, warehouse facilities, office and retail buildings, commercial condominiums, and residential developments. Lender representation includes preparation of initial loan commitment letters and all related loan closing documentation, including revolving line of credit agreements, development and construction loan agreements, promissory notes, mortgage and security agreements, assignment of rents and profits, environmental compliance agreements, contractor assent agreements and specialized supporting documentation. Legal services include appropriate counsel review of due diligence materials, title evidence and insurance, project surveys, environmental assessments and compliance. Representative clients include: Fidelity Federal Bank & Trust, Grand Bank & Trust, Northern Trust Bank, SunTrust, Marine Bank & Trust, and Indian River National Bank.
